Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Roommates Club website and web application; any Roommates Club mobile application introduced in the future; applications, waitlists, referrals, and membership reviews; member accounts and profiles; roommate matching and recommendation features; member-to-member messaging; customer support and safety communications; email, telephone, SMS, and other service communications; analytics and marketing activities associated with Roommates Club; and other Roommates Club services that link to this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy does not govern independent websites, social media platforms, landlords, housing providers, properties, applications, or services that Roommates Club does not control.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Roommates Club, which questions are presented to you, your membership status, your location, and which features are available.

Application, profile, and matching questions may be added, removed, reordered, or revised as the service develops. This Privacy Policy applies when those questions collect information within the categories and for the purposes described below.

If we begin collecting a materially different category of personal information or using information for a materially different purpose, we will provide an updated or additional notice and obtain consent where required by law.

2.1 Identity and contact information

We may collect first and last name, display name, email address, telephone number, age or date of birth, account identifier, profile photograph, social media handle or profile link, preferred method of communication, and other basic identity or contact information you provide.

We collect both a telephone number and an email address for purposes that may include account creation, authentication, identity confirmation, account recovery, security, important service communications, and administration of your membership.

We will not use your telephone number or email address for promotional messages unless you separately choose to receive those messages or another lawful basis permits the communication.

2.2 Account and authentication information

We may collect authentication credentials or identifiers, one-time verification code records, verification delivery and success or failure information, login history, account recovery information, device and session information, security events, records of policy acceptance, consent records, and privacy and communication preferences.

We do not store a readable copy of a one-time verification code after it is no longer needed for authentication.

2.3 Application and waitlist information

When you apply, join a waitlist, or request access, we may collect information such as application answers; current location; intended destination; expected moving date or timeframe; preferred location or neighborhood; expected housing budget; school, university, education, or graduation information; occupation, employer, industry, or professional information; interests and lifestyle information; roommate or household preferences; referral source; reference or referral information; social media information you choose to provide; information used to assess eligibility, authenticity, safety, or fit with the service; application status; internal administrative notes; and communications relating to your application.

The precise application questions may change as Roommates Club tests and improves its membership process. We limit application questions to information reasonably connected to membership administration, authenticity, safety, matching, community quality, product development, or another purpose disclosed when the information is collected.

2.4 Profile and matching information

Approved members may create a profile containing information such as name or display name, age or age range, profile photographs, current and intended location, move timing, housing budget, education or professional information, biography or personal description, interests, lifestyle and household information, roommate preferences, availability, languages, social links, and other information requested through profile or matching features.

Some information may be required to maintain a useful profile or receive recommendations. Other information may be optional.

We use this information to organize profiles, generate roommate recommendations, personalize the service, administer communities, and help members evaluate potential compatibility.

2.5 Messages and submitted content

We collect content you submit through Roommates Club, including messages between members, photographs and attachments, support requests, reports and complaints, block records, safety concerns, feedback, survey responses, communications with Roommates Club, and information entered in free-text fields.

Messages are provided to their intended recipients and are not publicly visible.

Authorized Roommates Club personnel and service providers may access messages when reasonably necessary to operate the messaging service; deliver or restore messages; investigate a report or complaint; provide support; detect fraud, spam, threats, or abuse; enforce our rules; protect users; address security incidents; and comply with law.

Unless Roommates Club expressly states otherwise within the service, you should not assume that messages are end-to-end encrypted.

2.6 Information about other people

We may receive personal information about another person when someone refers you to Roommates Club, you provide a referral or reference, a member reports another person, a member discusses another person in a message or support request, and someone contacts us about an applicant or member.

We use this information for the purpose for which it was provided and for related application, safety, support, fraud-prevention, legal, or administrative purposes.

When providing another person’s contact information, you should have a reasonable basis to believe that the person expects or permits you to provide it.

2.7 Social media and linked services

If you provide a social media handle or profile link, we may review information that you have made available through that service for purposes such as application review, authenticity, identity confirmation, safety, fraud prevention, and profile administration.

Providing a social media link does not give us access to private content that the social media provider does not make available to us.

We do not intentionally scrape private social media content or use social media information to infer sensitive personal characteristics for unrelated purposes.

The third-party platform’s privacy policy governs its independent handling of your information.

2.8 Information collected automatically

When you visit or use Roommates Club, we and our service providers may automatically collect Internet Protocol address; approximate location derived from an IP address; browser type; device type; operating system; language and time-zone settings; device, cookie, session, or advertising identifiers; referring and exit pages; pages and screens viewed; dates and times of activity; duration of visits; links, buttons, forms, and features used; advertisement interactions; marketing attribution information; email delivery, opening, and click information; login and authentication activity; crash and performance information; diagnostic logs; security events; and fraud, spam, or abuse indicators.

Roommates Club does not currently collect precise, continuous, or live device geolocation through its ordinary features.

2.9 Information from service providers and partners

We may receive information from companies that support website hosting, databases and storage, authentication, telephone and SMS delivery, email delivery, analytics, advertising measurement, customer support, error monitoring, fraud detection, security, content moderation, and other business operations.

This information may include verification results, message delivery information, analytics events, campaign attribution, technical information, security indicators, or related service data.

Some information may receive heightened protection under applicable privacy laws. Depending on what a user chooses to provide, this may include information that reveals or concerns account authentication, exact date of birth, race or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, sex life, health or disability, immigration or citizenship status, precise geolocation, government identification, financial account credentials, and other legally protected characteristics.

Roommates Club does not require users to disclose highly sensitive personal information through ordinary profile or messaging features unless the information is clearly requested for a specific and disclosed reason.

When optional information could reveal a sensitive characteristic we limit its collection and use to a disclosed purpose, we request consent when required, we do not sell it, we do not use it for targeted advertising, we do not use it to infer unrelated characteristics, and we limit access to people and providers who reasonably need it.

We allow users to update or remove it, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, and safety exceptions.

Roommates Club does not collect, generate, use, or store biometric identifiers or biometric information. We do not use facial recognition, face geometry, voiceprints, fingerprints, retina scans, or similar biometric technologies.

Profile photographs are treated as ordinary visual content, not as biometric information. We do not extract biometric identifiers from profile photographs.

Do not submit medical records, government identification numbers, financial account credentials, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, or similar highly sensitive information unless Roommates Club expressly requests the information through a secure process accompanied by a specific notice.

We may use personal information for the following purposes.

4.1 Providing Roommates Club

We may use information to receive and review applications, operate waitlists, determine and administer membership status, create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, confirm account ownership, provide account recovery, create and display profiles, generate roommate recommendations, personalize matching, enable messaging, deliver notifications, administer communities, maintain user preferences, provide support, and operate other requested features.

4.2 Reviewing membership applications

Applications are currently reviewed and approved, waitlisted, or declined with meaningful human involvement.

We may use software to organize applications, identify missing or inconsistent information, prioritize review, detect duplicate or fraudulent activity, identify security or safety concerns, and support administrative workflows.

We do not currently make final membership acceptance, waitlist, or rejection decisions solely through automated processing without meaningful human review.

If that practice materially changes, we will update this Privacy Policy, provide any required notices or choices, and conduct any legally required assessments.

4.3 Protecting Roommates Club and its users

We may use information to confirm eligibility and authenticity; prevent fake accounts and impersonation; detect fraud, spam, abuse, or security threats; investigate reports and complaints; moderate accounts and content; enforce platform rules; prevent unauthorized access; maintain security and audit logs; protect the rights, safety, and property of users and others; respond to emergencies; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

4.4 Communicating with you

We may use your email address or telephone number to send authentication codes; confirm your identity or account; provide account recovery; send application and waitlist updates; send message or match notifications; send security alerts; respond to support requests; provide important service, legal, or policy notices; and send marketing communications when permitted.

You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. You may opt out of promotional text messages using the instructions included in the message.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent Roommates Club from sending authentication, account, security, safety, transactional, or legally required communications.

4.5 Analyzing and improving the service

We may use information to understand how Roommates Club is used, measure demand by location, evaluate application and profile flows, test and improve features, diagnose technical problems, monitor service reliability, analyze member experience, conduct internal research, measure marketing performance, develop new features, and create aggregated or de-identified statistics.

4.6 Legal and business operations

We may use information to comply with applicable law; respond to lawful requests; maintain required records; complete audits; obtain legal, accounting, insurance, or professional advice; conduct business planning; protect legal interests; and evaluate or complete a financing, acquisition, merger, restructuring, sale, or other corporate transaction.

Where applicable law requires Roommates Club to identify a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following.

Contract and steps requested before entering a contract

We process information when reasonably necessary to receive and evaluate an application you submit; create and maintain an account; provide profiles, matching, messaging, and related features; authenticate your account; provide support; and deliver services you request.

Legitimate interests

We may process information when reasonably necessary for legitimate interests such as operating and improving Roommates Club, administering a curated membership network, reviewing applications, protecting users, preventing fraud and abuse, securing systems, understanding product performance, communicating about the service, maintaining business records, and establishing or defending legal claims.

Where required, we consider whether those interests are overridden by your rights, interests, or reasonable expectations.

Consent

We rely on consent where required for nonessential cookies and tracking technologies, certain advertising activities, promotional communications, processing optional sensitive personal information, and other activities for which applicable law requires consent.

You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.

Legal obligations

We process information when necessary to comply with laws, regulations, legal process, tax requirements, recordkeeping obligations, and lawful government demands.

Protection of vital interests

In limited circumstances, we may process or disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect someone’s life, physical safety, or vital interests.

We may disclose personal information to the following recipients.

6.1 Other approved members

Approved members may see information you make available through your profile, recommendations, matches, communities, or messages.

Private account information—such as your personal email address, telephone number, full date of birth, authentication information, and internal application notes—is not displayed to other members unless you intentionally provide it, you use a feature designed to share it, or you expressly authorize its disclosure.

6.2 Service providers

We may use service providers to support hosting, databases, storage, authentication, SMS delivery, email delivery, analytics, advertising measurement, customer support, security, fraud prevention, error monitoring, moderation, legal and accounting services, and other business functions.

These providers may include Vercel, Supabase, Twilio, Resend, Google, Meta, or comparable providers, depending on which services are enabled.

Service providers may process personal information only to provide contracted services, comply with law, protect their services, or perform another activity permitted by their agreement with us and applicable law.

6.3 Analytics and advertising providers

We may provide limited online identifiers, device information, IP-derived location, website activity, and advertising interactions to analytics and advertising providers for purposes such as measuring website traffic, diagnosing performance, understanding acquisition sources, attributing applications or registrations to campaigns, measuring advertising effectiveness, limiting repeated advertisements, and improving marketing.

We do not provide member messages, telephone numbers, personal email addresses, full dates of birth, authentication credentials, application answers, internal application notes, or sensitive profile information to advertising providers for targeted advertising.

6.4 Professional advisers

We may disclose information to lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, consultants, and other professional advisers when reasonably necessary to obtain services, comply with law, or protect legal interests.

6.5 Legal and safety disclosures

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process; respond to a valid subpoena, warrant, court order, or government request; investigate fraud, abuse, or a security incident; protect a person’s safety; protect the rights or property of Roommates Club or another person; enforce our agreements or policies; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

6.6 Corporate transactions

If Roommates Club is involved in a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, personal information may be reviewed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections and legally required notice.

6.7 With your direction or consent

We may disclose information when you direct us to do so, request a feature that requires disclosure, or separately consent.

Roommates Club does not sell personal information.

We do not exchange personal information for money, and we do not intentionally exchange personal information for another party’s independent commercial benefit.

Certain privacy laws use broad definitions of “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” that may include the use of some third-party advertising or analytics technologies even when no money is exchanged.

To the extent an advertising-related disclosure is legally treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, we will disclose the practice, provide any required opt-out mechanism, honor applicable opt-out preference signals, and limit the information disclosed.

Roommates Club does not sell or share the following for targeted advertising telephone numbers, personal email addresses, full dates of birth, authentication credentials, member messages, application answers, internal application notes, government identification, financial information, or sensitive profile information.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 18.

Roommates Club is designed as a private or limited-access member network, not as a public directory.

Unless we clearly state otherwise complete profiles are visible only to approved, authenticated members; profiles are not intended to be indexed by public search engines; personal telephone numbers and email addresses are hidden from other members by default; full dates of birth are not displayed; authentication information and internal application notes are never displayed to other members; profiles may appear in recommendations, match results, member searches, or communities; members can update available profile fields; members may be able to pause or limit profile visibility through available controls; and authorized personnel may access profiles for support, administration, moderation, security, and safety.

No technical system can completely prevent another member from copying, recording, photographing, or redistributing information the member is permitted to view. Users should avoid including unnecessary contact, financial, identification, or highly sensitive information in profiles or messages.

Messages are disclosed to their intended recipients.

Roommates Club may process message content and related information to deliver messages, display conversation history, send notifications, prevent spam and abuse, investigate reports, protect user safety, provide support, maintain security, and comply with law.

Message information may include sender and recipient identifiers, content, attachments, timestamps, delivery information, report and block information, and security signals.

Deleting your account may not remove copies of messages already delivered to another member. We may remove or de-identify your account information while preserving messages for the recipient or when reasonably necessary for safety, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement.

Roommates Club and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, analytics scripts, advertising identifiers, email tracking technologies, software development kits, and similar tools.

Necessary technologies

Necessary technologies support authentication, security, fraud prevention, account functions, load balancing, preferences, and other functions required to operate the service.

Analytics technologies

Analytics technologies help us understand traffic, acquisition sources, feature usage, performance, errors, and how users move through Roommates Club.

Advertising and measurement technologies

Advertising technologies may help us attribute applications or registrations to campaigns, measure advertising effectiveness, create or measure audiences, and deliver or evaluate advertisements.

Where applicable law requires consent, we will request consent before activating nonessential analytics or advertising technologies.

You may manage available choices through our cookie controls, browser settings, or a Your Privacy Choices link where available.

Blocking necessary cookies may prevent account, authentication, or other service features from operating properly.

Global Privacy Control

Where required by applicable law, we recognize a valid browser- or device-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of applicable sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for that browser or device.

Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no uniform legal or technical standard governing ordinary Do Not Track signals, we do not respond to those signals unless they qualify as a legally recognized opt-out preference signal.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including operating Roommates Club, administering applications, providing accounts and messaging, protecting users, preventing fraud, complying with law, and resolving disputes.

The applicable retention period depends on the type and sensitivity of the information; the purpose for which it was collected; whether the account or application remains active; whether the information is connected to a report, safety issue, dispute, or fraud concern; legal and regulatory requirements; applicable limitation periods; user expectations; and whether deletion has been requested.

Our general retention practices are as follows.

Applications and waitlists

We retain pending application and waitlist information while the application remains active.

After an application is accepted, rejected, withdrawn, abandoned, or removed from a waitlist, we generally retain the application record for no longer than 24 months to administer reapplications, maintain review consistency, prevent fraud, address complaints, and protect legal interests.

A limited safety, suppression, fraud, or enforcement record may be retained longer when reasonably necessary.

Active accounts and profiles

We generally retain account and profile information while the account remains active.

After completing a verified deletion request, we aim to remove or de-identify account and profile information from active systems within 30 days, subject to the exceptions described in this section.

Messages

We generally retain messages while needed to provide conversation history and related account functions.

Messages delivered to another member may remain available to that member after the sender deletes an account.

Messages related to a report, safety incident, fraud concern, dispute, or legal claim may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to address the matter.

Authentication, security, and technical logs

Authentication, login, fraud, security, and technical logs are generally retained for no longer than 24 months unless a longer period is reasonably necessary to investigate an incident, prevent abuse, or comply with law.

Analytics and advertising information

Analytics and advertising information is retained according to our settings and the retention practices of the applicable provider. We seek to configure reasonable retention periods appropriate to the purpose of the information.

Support and business communications

Support requests and ordinary business communications are generally retained for up to three years after the matter is resolved.

Consent and compliance records

Records of consent, consent withdrawal, privacy requests, opt-out choices, and policy acceptance may be retained for up to five years or longer when reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance.

Backups

Residual copies may remain in encrypted or access-restricted backups after deletion from active systems. Backups are deleted through their normal rotation cycle and are not restored for ordinary use unless necessary for recovery, security, or legal purposes.

Exceptions

We may retain information longer when reasonably necessary to comply with law; respond to legal process; resolve disputes; prevent fraud or abuse; protect user safety; enforce a legal hold; preserve financial or compliance records; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. We do not attempt to reidentify de-identified information except to test the effectiveness of de-identification or as otherwise permitted by law.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information based on its sensitivity and the risks involved.

Safeguards may include access controls, authentication protections, encryption during transmission, encryption at rest where appropriate, restricted administrative access, logging and monitoring, secure credential and secret management, vendor security requirements, backup protections, incident-response procedures, secure development practices, and confidentiality obligations.

No method of transmission, storage, or security is completely reliable. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we identify a personal information breach, we will investigate it and notify affected individuals, regulators, or other parties when required by applicable law.

Roommates Club is operated from the United States.

Personal information may be stored or processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live.

Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, which may include contractual data-protection obligations, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, applicable United Kingdom transfer addenda or agreements, adequacy decisions, an approved transfer framework, consent where legally valid, and another transfer mechanism permitted by applicable law.

If Roommates Club becomes legally required to appoint a privacy representative in a particular jurisdiction, we will appoint that representative and publish the representative’s contact information.

We provide all users with a reasonable process to request access, correction, or deletion, even when a particular privacy law may not legally require every right described below.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal information; access personal information; obtain a copy of personal information; correct inaccurate information; complete incomplete information; delete personal information; withdraw consent; object to certain processing; restrict certain processing; request portability; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; opt out of qualifying profiling or automated decision-making; appeal a denied request; learn the categories and sources of collected information; learn the purposes for which information is used; learn the categories of recipients; designate an authorized agent where permitted; and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.

These rights are subject to applicable definitions, verification requirements, and legal exceptions.

You may also use privacy or account controls made available through Roommates Club.

Verification

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect your account.

Depending on the request, we may ask you to sign in to your account, verify control of your email address or telephone number, and provide information that can be matched to our records.

We will not request more information than reasonably necessary for verification.

Authorized agents

Where applicable law permits an authorized agent to act for you, we may require proof of the agent’s authority and may separately verify your identity.

Response timing

We respond within the period required by applicable law.

We generally aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete verified requests within 30 days. Some laws permit an initial response period of up to 45 days or allow extensions for complex requests.

Appeals

We will respond within the legally required period and provide information about contacting the applicable regulator when required.

This section supplements the remainder of this Privacy Policy for residents of California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws.

A particular state law may apply only after Roommates Club meets statutory revenue, processing-volume, or activity thresholds. Where a law applies, we provide the rights required by that law.

During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information:

Identifiers

Examples include name, email address, telephone number, IP address, account identifiers, device identifiers, cookie identifiers, and social media handles.

We use identifiers for applications, authentication, account administration, matching, communications, security, analytics, and advertising measurement.

Customer records and profile information

Examples include age or date of birth, current location, intended destination, move timing, housing budget, education, professional information, contact information, and profile content.

We use this information for membership review, account administration, matching, profile operation, support, and safety.

Protected characteristics

Examples may include age, gender, disability information, or other characteristics that a user voluntarily provides.

We use this information only for disclosed and legally permitted purposes. We do not sell it or use it for targeted advertising.

Internet or electronic network activity

Examples include page views, clicks, form interactions, referring pages, advertisement interactions, login activity, and use of platform features.

We use this information for service operation, analytics, security, fraud prevention, marketing attribution, and advertising measurement.

Geolocation information

Examples include approximate location derived from an IP address and locations entered into an application or profile.

We do not currently collect precise live device geolocation through ordinary features.

Visual and electronic information

Examples include profile photographs, uploaded images, attachments, messages, and support communications.

We use this information for profiles, applications, matching, messaging, support, moderation, safety, and security.

Professional and educational information

Examples include school, university, employer, occupation, industry, professional background, and graduation information.

We use this information for applications, profiles, authenticity, matching, and personalization.

Inferences and preferences

Examples include roommate preferences, compatibility factors, service interests, and recommendations generated from information supplied by users or their activity.

We use these for matching, recommendations, personalization, security, and service improvement.

Sensitive personal information

Examples may include authentication information and optional profile information that reveals a sensitive or protected characteristic.

We do not sell sensitive personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

California rights

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, California residents may have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected; know the sources, purposes, and recipient categories; correct inaccurate information; delete personal information; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; use an authorized agent; and receive nondiscriminatory treatment.

Roommates Club does not offer a financial incentive or price difference in exchange for personal information.

Other state rights

Residents of other applicable U.S. states may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, opt out of targeted advertising, opt out of applicable sales, opt out of qualifying profiling, and appeal a denied request.

We honor applicable rights based on the law governing the request.

For individuals in Canada, Roommates Club is accountable for personal information under its control.

We collect, use, and disclose personal information for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances. We obtain meaningful consent when required.

You may request access to personal information we hold about you, ask how it has been used or disclosed, challenge its accuracy, request correction, withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual limitations, or submit a complaint.

Personal information may be processed by providers outside Canada, including in the United States. While outside Canada, information may be subject to the laws and lawful access procedures of the relevant jurisdiction.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or an applicable provincial privacy commissioner.

For individuals protected by the GDPR or UK GDPR, JW26 Labs, Inc., a private corporation registered in Delaware, doing business as Roommates Club, is the controller of the personal information described in this Privacy Policy unless another notice states otherwise.

Our legal bases are described in Section 5.

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may request information about the relevant balancing considerations.

Where information is transferred outside the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we use applicable safeguards as described in Section 13.

You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority where you live, where you work, or where you believe a violation occurred. United Kingdom residents may contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Roommate recommendations may be generated automatically, but they do not determine your eligibility for a particular property, lease, or housing opportunity.

Roommates Club may be accessed by individuals located in countries other than the United States, Canada, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom.

Depending on where you are located, local privacy law may provide rights concerning your personal information. These rights may include the right to confirm whether we process your personal information; access personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate or incomplete information; request deletion, anonymization, blocking, or restriction of certain information; obtain a portable copy of certain information; withdraw consent; object to certain processing; request information about the purposes for which information is processed; request information about the categories of persons or organizations receiving information; opt out of certain advertising, profiling, or data disclosures; request review of certain automated decisions; and submit a complaint to an applicable privacy, data-protection, or consumer-protection authority.

We will update this Privacy Policy or provide an additional notice before collecting a materially new category of personal information, using personal information for a materially different purpose, introducing biometric processing, materially changing profile visibility, beginning to sell personal information, materially changing targeted advertising practices, making final membership decisions solely through automated processing, and making another material change to our privacy practices.
